Web developer& IT support
London-based developer looking for a first role in web development or IT support. I've built live sites for real clients, and I'm good at explaining technical things in plain English.
More about meFull-stack sites and apps with forms, accounts, dashboards and admin panels, built to be used every day.
AI built into a product where it earns its place: matching, scoring, checking and summarising.
n8n workflows that take over repetitive work such as lead handling, follow-ups and internal handoffs.
Finding faults, fixing them and explaining them in plain English. On AYATEI I diagnosed and fixed four critical bugs before launch (forms, language fallbacks, admin access and payments) and talked a non-technical client through each one.

See it in the case studyIn PULSE fixed rules own the risk score. The model only explains it and suggests actions, grounded in the hotel's own procedures and past cases, with a rule-based fallback when the model call fails.
See it in the case studySelam Wellness runs its full flow from preset personas with no AI provider and no database, and I cut a fragile voice pipeline before the demo to keep it reliable.
